C S R going semi-postal

Listen to this. Witness the customer service rep going postal on a customer. Too bad she was sorry after she exploded. It would have been way cooler if she stood her ground and didn't make excuses for her actions. Well, I guess she had something on her mind like maybe HER JOB. I wonder if this recording is authentic though.
